The first domestic digital flat panel high-resolution X-ray detector based on a CMOS-photosensor with a pixel size of less than 50 μm.
CMOS-photosensor provides a high rate of high-quality digital image acquisition and does not require strict maintenance of the temperature regime in comparison with detectors based on a-Se (amorphous selenium).
The wide dynamic range of the detector, its high resolution and low noise level allow to diagnose microcalcinates and low-contrast objects effectively.
The detector can be used not only in the production of new digital mammography systems, but also for the modernization of the existing machines. It allows to modernize analog equipment to the modern digital complex without any constructive modification.
The project is supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
