On March 16, the company's technical writers took part in the ProContent 2.0 conference for technical writers, translators and localizers organized by Kaspersky Lab.
At the meeting, the staff of Kaspersky Lab's documentation and localization department and user support department told how to improve the quality of interaction with the user in highly loaded conditions of projects.
