The 81st China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF Spring 2019) was held in Shanghai, China from May 14 to May 17.
CMEF Spring 2019 is a major exhibition platform for the medical industry of the Asia-Pacific region, which presents medical equipment, related products and services.
Latest technological innovations achieved in the development of medical equipment, as well as related products and services applicable throughout the medical industry are presented here. Today, more than 7,000 international and domestic manufacturers of modern and innovative medical equipment from more than 30 different countries and regions annually exhibit their products at CMEF Spring 2019. More than ten thousand products in all major areas of medical equipment, including medical optical and electro medical devices, in-vitro diagnostic equipment, complex medical equipment for laboratory, diagnostic, pharmaceutical and hospital applications, including innovative diagnostic methods, the latest research tools and trends in information technology for medical professionals were presented at the exhibition.
During the exhibition, STC-MT employees familiarized themselves with the latest developments of leading manufacturers of medical equipment and machinery. Particular attention was paid to the development trends in the market of X-ray equipment, as well as industrial fittings, electronic components and other components of medical equipment.
In addition to the exhibition, STC specialists attended seminars and presentations that turned out to be useful, in particular, for obtaining new information and exchanging experience in the field of development. Also within the framework of the exhibition, business meetings with a number of component manufacturers were held.
In addition, the visit to the exhibition helped the company, as a developer of X-ray detectors, to determine the current development directions in this area, based on wireless and multimedia control of the detectors via a smartphone.
The visit to CMEF Spring 2019 allowed for a comprehensive analysis of the developments demanded by the medical equipment market, to find solutions to construction and design tasks, application of which is planned in the present and future projects of the scientific center.
